Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams
Entwicklung, Optimierung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Prozess-Standards und Datentemplates zur Eingangskontrolle, Qualitätssicherung und finaler Speicherung extern zugelieferter Daten
Sicherstellung der vollständigen und zeitgerechten Bearbeitung der entsprechenden regelmäßigen als auch unregelmäßigen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft, ergänzt um eigene Hands-on Unterstützung
Aktive Mitwirkung bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung für Data Capture Prozesse (Robotics, AI-basierte Lösungen zur Datenextraktion aus strukturierten und unstrukturierten Dokumenten und Dateien, interaktive WebPortal-Lösungen, etc.) bzw. im Rahmen der Einführung von neuen Produkten und Services zusammen mit der IT
Unterstützung beim Design von fachlichen und technischen Datenmodellen in unserem DWH unter Berücksichtigung der nachgelagerten Systemlösungen für die Reporting-Erstellung
Management, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der fachlichen Taxonomien in Abstimmung mit den Reporting-Anforderungen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung von neuen Mandaten, zusammen mit dem Team Client Onboarding, zur erfolgreichen Übernahme in das Tagesgeschäft, sowie Unterstützung im Sales-Prozess im Kontext von Experten-Workshops

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Naturwissenschaften, oder vergleichbar
Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Schwerpunktbereichen Finanzwirtschaft und dort eingesetzter Standard-Software, Geschäftsprozesse, IT-bezogenes Datenmanagement, Projektmanagement, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Controlling
Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von kleinen Teams
Tiefergehendes Wissen in der Strukturierung von effizienten Datenmanagementprozessen inkl. typischer eingesetzter Datenbanktechniken, sowie dem Aufsatz von Kontrollen, als auch der Identifizierung und dem Management von Risiken
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie eine entsprechende Belastbarkeit
Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und ein guter Sinn für Humor
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Technical and disciplinary management of the team
Developing, optimizing, monitoring and documenting process standards and data templates for input control, quality assurance and storage of externally supplied data
Ensuring the complete and timely processing of the corresponding regular as well as irregular tasks in the day-to-day business, supplemented by own hands-on support
Actively participate in technological advancements for data capture processes (robotics, AI-based solutions for data extraction from structured and unstructured documents and files, interactive WebPortal solutions, etc.) or as part of the introduction of new products and services together with IT
Support in the design of business and technical data models in our DWH, taking into account the downstream system solutions for reporting creation
Management, further development and maintenance of the functional taxonomies in coordination with the reporting requirements
Support in the introduction of new mandates together with the Client Onboarding team for successful transfer into daily business as well as support in the sales process in the context of expert workshops

Your profile

Successful completion of a degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or comparable
Several years of professional experience in the main areas of financial management and standard software used there, business processes, IT-related data management, project management, finance and accounting, auditing or controlling
Initial experience in leading small teams
In-depth knowledge of structuring efficient data management processes including typical database techniques used as well as setting up controls and identifying and managing risks
Analytical and structured way of working as well as a corresponding ability to work under pressure
Communication skills, a self-confident appearance and a good sense of humor
Very good knowledge of German and English
