Your mission

As an Analyst / Associate in Reporting you will support our team in preparing high-quality financial and regulatory reports for our clients in the field of Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Private Debt, etc.). You will take responsibility for accurate reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our reporting formats.
This role offers you the opportunity to build expertise in a dynamic and exciting market environment, gain first-hand client exposure, and continuously grow both professionally and personally. The following tasks await you:


  • Preparation of financial reports for our clients in the field of alternative investments (private equity, private debt, etc.). 
  • Preparation of regulatory reports, in accordance with industry-specific regulations and requirements, and special investor reports. 
  • Responsibility for communication with our clients and other stakeholders in the context of reporting activities. 
  • Responding to ad hoc queries and providing analysis. 
  • Contributing to the specification of new reporting requirements and continuously developing and optimizing existing reporting formats. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve business processes and ensure efficient reporting.

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field, with a focus on one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Investments or Computer Science.
  • Initial work experience or internships in finance, accounting, controlling or investments are desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and process complex information.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Initial user knowledge of SQL is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and to learn continuously.
  • Initiative, conscientiousness and flexibility as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
