Your tasks
Reception & Front Desk
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients and colleagues at the reception
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general inquiries and directing them to the right contacts
- Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times
- Planning, coordinating and executing internal and external events
- Managing logistics including venue setup, catering, invitations and follow-up
- Supporting the team in the preparation and wrap-up of meetings and company events
- Supporting the Office Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting with office supplies management, vendor coordination and general facilities requests
- Contributing to a well-functioning and pleasant office environment
