Working at the intersection of our business development, finance, legal, technology, and operations teams, you will serve as the vital link between our technical products, services, and client success. You’ll develop deep expertise in our solutions, proactively anticipate client needs, and deliver seamless experiences through strategic communication and analytical problem-solving. Your tasks:
Customer Success
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned portfolio of clients
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
- Develop client health metrics and identify opportunities for increased engagement
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions
- Act as client advocate internally, ensuring client needs are communicated and addressed
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty metrics
- Collect and share client feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Collaborate with sales, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects in the Alternative Investments sector
- Contribute to development of onboarding best practices and process improvements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Track project status and provide regular reporting to management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
