Your Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success Managers in daily client communication and handling inquiries
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas and follow-up documentation
- Coordinate regular client check-ins and business reviews
- Maintain customer relationship data
- Respond to routine inquiries and forward complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Assist with onboarding projects in the field of alternative investments
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and outcomes
- Coordinate meetings and communication between internal teams and clients
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Support data collection and status updates for management
- Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes and workflows
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Help create resources and materials to support customer success
- Gain knowledge of alternative investment products, operational processes, and technology platforms
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve client issues
- Assist in coordination between Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams
- Promote internal communication and knowledge sharing
