Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung von Finanzberichten für unsere Kunden im Bereich Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Private Debt usw.).
Erstellung von regulatorischen Berichten, gemäß den branchenspezifischen Vorschriften und Anforderungen, und speziellen Investorenberichten.
Verantwortung für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und anderen Stakeholdern im Kontext der Reporting-Tätigkeiten.
Beantwortung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen und Bereitstellung von Analysen.
Mitarbeit an der Spezifikation neuer Berichtsanforderungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Berichtsformate.
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse und zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Berichterstattung.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich, mit einem Schwerpunkt in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Investments oder Informatik.
Erste Arbeitserfahrung oder Praktika im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder Investments sind wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu verstehen und aufzubereiten.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
Erste Anwenderkenntnisse in SQL sind von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und kontinuierlich zu lernen.
Eigeninitiative, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

Your mission

Preparation of financial reports for our clients in the field of alternative investments (private equity, private debt, etc.).
Preparation of regulatory reports, in accordance with industry-specific regulations and requirements, and special investor reports.
Responsibility for communication with our clients and other stakeholders in the context of reporting activities.
Responding to ad hoc queries and providing analysis.
Contributing to the specification of new reporting requirements and continuously developing and optimizing existing reporting formats.
Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve business processes and ensure efficient reporting.

Your profile

Degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field, with a focus on one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Investments or Computer Science.
Initial work experience or internships in finance, accounting, controlling or investments are desirable but not essential.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and process complex information.
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Initial user knowledge of SQL is an advantage, but not essential.
Good written and spoken German and English.
Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and to learn continuously.
Initiative, conscientiousness and flexibility as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
