Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Accounting- und Reconciliation-Teams innerhalb der Abteilung Fund Services
Verantwortung für den reibungslosen operativen Betrieb des Teams (Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen, bzw. Import von externen Accounting-Daten, Erstellung von Trial Balances zu Abgleichszwecken, Sicherstellung der korrekten typischen Accounting-Outputs wie G+V, EK-Veränderung, etc.) sowie von meist Accounting-bezogenen Investor-Reports inkl. Definition und Einhaltung der entsprechenden Prozesse und Qualitätssicherungen über verschiedene Kunden-SetUps hinweg
Fachliche Weiterentwicklung und fortlaufende Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse und Services in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen, wie z.B. dem Team für die Prozessierung von Investment-Transaktionsdaten oder dem Reporting-Team, als auch externen Dritt-Parteien unserer Kunden (z.B. Luxemburger Fund Administratoren)
Hands-on Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft bei Peak-Situationen sowie bei Sonderfällen
Überwachung und Dokumentation der bestehenden Prozesse inkl. der Qualitätssicherungen sowie der ISAE-Kontrollen im Team
Eigenständige Mitwirkung bzw. ggfs. auch eigenständige Steuerung von Projekten und Weiterentwicklungsinitiativen im Zusammenhang mit der organisatorischen und technischen Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie des Service-Angebots mit Einbeziehung unser Systemlandschaft insgesamt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management
Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden und sonstige Stakeholder bzgl. der erbrachten Dienstleistungen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung von neuen Mandaten, zusammen mit dem Team Customer Success - Client Onboarding, zur erfolgreichen Übernahme in das Tagesgeschäft, sowie Unterstützung im Sales-Prozess im Kontext von Experten-Workshops

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaft, in Buchhaltung, Accounting bzw. Finance, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens; alternativ Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter bzw. Fachwirt im Bereich Accounting, oder jeweils vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Geschäft der Fondsbuchhaltung mit mind. dem Verantwortungsbereich in der Vertretung der Teamleitung, mit bereits erster Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten
Weitreichende Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Fund Administration sowie mit dem System eFront in der operativen Nutzung als auch im Customizing bzw. fachlich-technischen Integration in die Systemlandschaft mit internen oder externen Software-Spezialisten
Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen bzw. in der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von neuen Services
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie eine entsprechende Belastbarkeit
Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und ein guter Sinn für Humor
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auch Französischkenntnisse

Your mission

• Technical and disciplinary management of the accounting and reconciliation team within the Fund Services department
• Responsibility for the smooth operations of the team (booking of business transactions, import of external accounting data, creation of trial balances for comparison purposes, ensuring the correct typical accounting outputs such as P+L, purchase price changes, etc.) as well of mostly accounting-related investor reports including definition and compliance with the corresponding processes and quality assurance across different customer setups
• Professional development and ongoing optimization of existing processes and services in collaboration with other departments, such as the team for processing investment transaction data or the reporting team, as well as external third parties of our customers (e.g. Luxembourg fund administrators)
• Hands-on support in day-to-day business in peak situations and special cases
• Monitoring and documentation of existing processes including quality assurance and ISAE controls within the team
• Independent participation and, if necessary, independent control of projects and further development initiatives in connection with the organizational and technical development of the team as well as the service offering, including our system landscape as a whole, in collaboration with Product Management
• First point of contact for customers and other stakeholders regarding the services provided
• Support in the introduction of new mandates, together with the Customer Success - Client Onboarding team, for successful transfer into day-to-day business, as well as support in the sales process in the context of expert workshops

Your profile

Successful completion of a degree in economics/business administration, accounting or finance, and industrial engineering; Alternatively, qualification as an accountant or specialist in the field of accounting, or comparable
Several years of experience in the operational business of fund accounting with at least the area of responsibility in representing the team management, with initial management experience or experience in managing (sub-)projects
Extensive knowledge in the area of fund administration as well as with the eFront system in operational use as well as in customizing or professional-technical integration into the system landscape with internal or external software specialists
Experience in implementing quality assurance measures or in the (further) development of new services
Analytical and structured way of working, as well as appropriate resilience
Communication skills, a confident demeanor and a good sense of humor
Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally also knowledge of French
